Terms of Service

1. The service

Kopanova publishes information about events in Botswana supplied by organisers and other sources. We do not organise events or sell tickets.

2. Accuracy

We review listings but cannot guarantee that every detail is correct. Always confirm with the organiser's official source before travelling or paying.

3. Organiser submissions

By submitting an event you confirm you are authorised to share the information and images, and grant us a licence to display them on the platform. We may edit, decline or remove listings.

4. Paid placements

Sponsored placements are clearly labelled. Payment does not guarantee approval and does not mean an event is verified. Payments are recorded manually until an online payment provider is configured.

5. Acceptable use

You must not submit false, misleading, unlawful or infringing content, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from events listed on the platform or third-party ticketing services.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site.
