• Organisers: contact details you provide with submissions.
• Usage: anonymous counts of event page views, outbound clicks and shares — not linked to your identity.

Why

To run your account, save events, review submissions and, only if you opt in, send notifications.

Who sees it

Organiser contact details are shown publicly only where approved for display. Unpublished submissions are visible only to the submitter and our review team.

Your choices

You can correct your details or delete your account from My account at any time. Notifications are off until you switch them on.
