• Only submit events you organise or are authorised to promote.
• Give accurate dates, times (Botswana time), venue and price. If something is unknown, leave it blank — don't guess.
• Link to an official announcement or registration page where possible.
• Posters must be yours or used with permission. JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB.
• Tell us promptly about cancellations, postponements or changes. Changes to a published date or venue are reviewed before going live.
• No misleading, discriminatory, unlawful or adult content.
• Sponsored placement is optional and always labelled “Sponsored”.
